Collin Roche joined GTCR in 1996. Previously, Mr. Roche was an associate at EVEREN Securities in Chicago and an analyst at Goldman, Sachs & Co. in New York City. He received a BA in Political Economy from Williams College and an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar and Henry Ford II Scholar.

Mr. Roche is currently a director of BNY ConvergEx, National Processing Company, Palladian Financial, Protection One, PrivateBancorp, VeriFone, and Zenta. He has been instrumental in other GTCR investments, including Cambridge Protection Industries, HSM Electronic Protection Services, Skylight Financial, Syniverse Technologies, Transaction Network Services, and TransFirst.
